This allows users to resume training activities and enables administrative monitoring for training support and reporting.
   3. Permissions Required for Mobile Apps Our mobile apps (Android and iOS) require minimal permissions to function:
      • Storage Permission: This allows the app to download and store training content offline. The app accesses only its own data within storage and does not access or retrieve any other files or personal data on your device.

   The data collected is used solely for:

   • Delivering and improving training content through the Services.
   • Monitoring and analyzing usage to enhance the performance and content delivery of the Services.
   • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring technical functionality.

4. Admin and User Modes

   The Services offer two modes: User Mode and Admin Mode.

   • User Mode: Allows users to interact with course content, view their progress, and engage with training materials in a structured format.
   • Admin Mode: Admins have access to user management and content administration tools, including:
     • Creating, deleting, and managing user accounts.
     • Modifying user login credentials, including password resets.
     • Monitoring user progress and course completion.
     • Uploading, updating, and managing course content, including descriptions and relevant materials.

   Admins are responsible for overseeing user access, managing course materials, and ensuring training program functionality.

5. Permissions Not Required
   • Camera
   • Microphone
   • Location services

Only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver the user experience are requested, ensuring privacy protection.
6. Children's Privacy

   The Services are intended for adult employees and trainees involved in Railway projects. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.
